What we think we have
The statements below are deliberately sensationalised, and that is on purpose. Each one is written to convey the potential impact of a research direction we are actively working on, not to be read as a finished or peer-reviewed result.
Every claim can and should be verified by reviewing the current state of the research direction behind it. So please reach out. We would genuinely like to know whether these claims survive your scrutiny, or not.
What we have:
- An off-switch for an AI that has already escaped. An AI model that has copied itself and fled onto hardware you do not control can still be switched off from the outside, and the stolen copy reduced to unrunnable noise.
- Every sentence an AI writes, signed and revocable. Every passage an AI produces can carry an unforgeable record of which model and which licensed skill wrote it, and if that skill's licence is revoked, its past outputs can be found and marked void.
- A frontier model on your own soil, with the off-switch still in your hand. A government could run a frontier model entirely on its own soil, on hardware it owns, with no vendor in the loop, and still prove exactly what code touched the weights and revoke access remotely.
- Rewriting a nation's entire statute book for two cents. We can make one precise, verified amendment ripple correctly across every Act in a country's legislation, millions of words, for under two cents of LLM inference (compared to an estimated $80+ using frontier models), and the cost stays flat however large the body of law grows.
- Structure beats scale. Give a small model the right structural map of what it is reading and it out-reasons its own text-only ceiling, resolving references it otherwise cannot, with no extra parameters and no bigger model.
